German Design Council
The design council was founded in 1953 following an initiative of the German Bundestag, the lower house of the German Parliament in an effort to meet the growing information demand of enterprises with regard to design issues. Nowadays, the Council is one of the leading competence centres for communication and know-how transfer of design issues worldwide.
The Design Council provides the following services:

Researching design-relevant topics on behalf of representatives from industry, colleges and universities and the media business
